Refund policy

RSR Autographs supports returns, exchanges and refunds on RSR Autographs LLC products. We have a 30-day no questions asked return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return, exchange or refund after receiving the item(s).

1. The conditions for returns are that your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached as applicable, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Situations
No returns will be accepted for Autographed Memorabilia/Collectables.  RSR Autographs LLC is not responsible for parts damaged by the customer. For example, breaking a retaining tab on the pen holder when switching from one side to the other. Please inspect for damage as soon as the parts arrive.

2. Refunds & Order Cancellation:
If the product is still being processed, you're eligible for order cancellation and a full refund. If your order was already fulfilled and you received a UPS, FedEx or USPS tracking number and you want to cancel, you MUST wait until the package arrives to start the return process.

3.Damages & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with a picture of the damaged product outer packaging so we can evaluate the problem and correct it. You can contact us at support@rsrautographs.com

4. Exchange
We only replace damaged, wrong product, wrong color or defective product. If you need a replacement, please contact us support@rsrautographs.com

5. Return Process
To start a return, you can contact us at support@rsrautographs.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. The inspection could take around 5-7 business days. After that, you'll receive a new product without (no return fee) any cost. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping
RESTOCKING FEE
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.
RETURN SHIPPING FEE
If it is the quality problem of the product itself, we do not charge a return shipping fee on returns.

7. Refund
We will notify you when your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original form of payment. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also take some time to process and post the refund.
The whole process takes about 5-7 working days.
