The shipping time provided on our website is estimated according to location, package size, and shipping carriers’ transit times.
Shipping Areas: RSR Autographs LLC ships within the United States only. (All locations in the 48 continental U.S. states, including Alaska/Hawaii). At this time, we do not ship to APO/FPO, PO Box #’s or U.S. Protectorates.
Free Shipping: All orders with merchandise valued over USD $100.00 and under 50lbs in aggregate, are eligible for free shipping.
Shipping Methods: RSR Autographs LLC ships via USPS. Carrier rates provided at checkout include an additional 10% shipping and handling fee.
Estimated delivery time:
- Please allow for one to three (3) business days, starting from the day after the order was made based on Eastern Standard Time, for the order to be prepared and shipped. .
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
- Please also note that larger orders may take additional handling time.
- In addition, we would like to inform all customers that USPS Priority Mail is NOT a guaranteed shipping service and as such we are unable to issue refunds due to shipments not arriving within the estimated delivery date.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and any holidays observed by our shipping warehouse
Tracking Orders:
Your tracking information will automatically be sent to you via email when our warehouse has fulfilled your order. You can check the tracking history of your order via its carrier's website using the provided tracking number.
